Dear Friends,
Hi, my name is Amanda and I am so happy to meet you. Thank you so much for coming to visit me in my land. A land where I can truly be me! When I write, I am free to become anyone and anything I could ever imagine. I have been writing ever since I was in the Third grade but I didn't get serious about it until I became an adult. This just isn't a gift from God. It is my God given purpose! It is my hope that something in my stories reminds you to believe in yourself and to dream big! You are special and so loved! Don't let everyday obstacles or failures keep you from reaching for the stars! I leave you with a few promises: I promise to be as open and honest with you as possible. I promise to write stories that uplift you and not discourage you. I promise to remind you of how much God loves you. No matter what you go through, know that I believe in you! If you THINK it, You CAN DO IT!!

Join Cheyenne, the strong willed, inquisitive, adventurous kitten as she learns to deal without the time spent with her father and how a new found friendship changes her life. Cheyennes journey reveals the importance of love and acceptance of ones individuality.
The Cheyenne the Cat series focuses on issues that the youth of today face such as low self esteem, bullying, and establishing an identity. I am currently working on book two of the series entitled No Girls Allowed. In No Girls Allowed, Cheyenne shows how determined she is about accomplishing her dreams regardless of the obstacles. Children will also learn the importance of being honest no matter what. It is my desire that my work helps children around the world reach their full potential in life by instilling love of self, individuality, and how to positively deal with tough issues they may face.
